1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CreatineCalc at https://www.creatinedosagecalculator.com (the "Site"), including its creatine dosage calculators, articles and reference material. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided free of charge, without registration, and without advertising or affiliate links.

2. Health Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

CreatineCalc is an educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this Site is a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.

The dosage figures produced by our calculators are general estimates derived from published guidance from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) and related peer-reviewed literature. They are population-level estimates. They are not personalised to your medical history, medication, diet, training, or laboratory results.

Consult a physician, pharmacist or registered dietitian before starting creatine supplementation — and especially before doing so if you have or suspect any pre-existing condition, if you have kidney or liver disease or reduced renal function, if you take prescription medication, if you are under 18, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read on this Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Accuracy of Information & No Warranty

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and aligned with current published research, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that its content, formulas or calculator output are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available".

Individual response to creatine varies. Body composition, baseline muscle creatine stores, diet, training status, hydration and genetics all affect what an appropriate dose looks like for a specific person, and no calculator can account for all of them. Treat every figure the Site produces as a starting estimate to discuss with a professional, not a prescription.

Scientific consensus changes. We may revise guidance, formulas or article content at any time, without notice, as the literature develops.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the Site's content by automated means, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of the Site or its calculators beyond what is exposed in the browser;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, or any system connected to it, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • Use the contact form to send spam, malware, or abusive, unlawful or misleading messages;
  • Republish, redistribute or resell substantial portions of the Site's content without written permission and clear attribution with a link back to the source page;
  • Use the Site or its content in any way that breaks applicable law, or that presents our estimates to others as personalised medical advice.

Short quotations, brief excerpts and screenshots are welcome for commentary, teaching and reporting, provided you credit CreatineCalc and link to the page you took them from.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's original content — its written articles, page copy, layout, design, graphics and the software implementation of its calculators — is owned by the operator of CreatineCalc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The underlying dosing formulas are not ours and we claim no ownership of them: they derive from published ISSN position stands and other peer-reviewed scientific literature, which we cite. Scientific facts and formulas are free for anyone to use. Our particular expression, presentation and implementation of them is not.

Third-party trademarks, product names and study citations referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any endorsement.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites, including journals, research databases and health organisations. Those links are provided for reference only. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of CreatineCalc and its contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage — including personal injury, adverse health outcomes, loss of data, or lost profits — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its calculators or its content, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence or any other theory.

You use the Site's dosage estimates entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for any decision you make about supplementation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for personal injury or for death caused by negligence. Where that is the case, those exclusions do not apply to you, and our liability is limited to the minimum extent the law permits.

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms. Please check back periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of CreatineCalc is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of your own country of residence.
